Welcome to the Scotiabank Pro-Am for Alzheimer’s Edmonton!
Scotiabank is excited to bring Canada’s ultimate hockey experience to Edmonton, Alberta, for the third year. The Scotiabank Pro-Am, in support of the Gordie & Colleen Howe Fund for Alzheimer’s, is a one-of-a-kind event that allows everyday hockey enthusiasts to team up with former NHL greats in the battle against Alzheimer’s.
The Scotiabank Pro-Am kicks off with a memorable draft party extravaganza, a day before the tournament, where each team will choose an NHL Alumnus to play on their team. Draft positions will be determined by the total dollars raised by each team. Teams must raise a minimum of $25,000 to participate.
The excitement really heats up when the Scotiabank Pro-Am players and the Alumni take to the ice Saturday March 31 and Sunday April 1, 2012. Tournament games will take place at the City of Leduc recreation centre (located at: 4330 Black Gold Drive, Leduc, Alberta T9E 3C3 (780) 980-7120.
