Welcome to the inaugural 2012 Vancouver Scotiabank Pro-Am for Alzheimer’s! We’re still confirming details so please check back often.
Scotiabank is excited to bring Canada’s ultimate hockey experience to Vancouver, BC, for the first time. The Scotiabank Pro-Am, in support of the Gordie & Colleen Howe Fund for Alzheimer’s, is a one-of-a-kind event that allows everyday hockey enthusiasts to team up with former NHL greats in the battle against Alzheimer’s.
The Scotiabank Pro-Am kicks off with a memorable Draft Night extravaganza, a day before the tournament, where each team will choose an NHL alumnus to play on their team. Draft positions will be determined by the total dollars raised by each team. Teams must raise a minimum of $25,000 to participate.
The excitement really heats up when the Scotiabank Pro-Am players and the alumni take to the ice.
